چکیده

We explain the effect of dark matter (flat rotation curve) using modified gravitational dynamics. We investigate in this context a low energy limit of generalized general relativity with a nonlinear Lagrangian L ∝ R, where R is the (generalized) Ricci scalar and n is parameter estimated from SNIa data. We estimate parameter β in modified gravitational potential V (r) ∝ − 1 r (1 + ( r rc )). Then we compare value of β obtained from SNIa data with β parameter evaluated from the best fitted rotation curve. We find β ≃ 0.7 which becomes in good agreement with an observation of spiral galaxies rotation curve. We also find preferred value of Ωm,0 from the combined analysis of supernovae data and baryon oscillation peak. We argue that although amount of ”dark energy” (of non-substantial origin) is consistent with SNIa data and flat curves of spiral galaxies are reproduces in the framework of modified Einstein’s equation we still need substantial dark matter. For comparison predictions of the model with predictions of the ΛCDM concordance model we apply the Akaike and Bayesian information criteria of model selection.

Formation of Large Structures in the Acceleration Universe with a Hybrid Expansion Law

In the current paper, we have studied the effect of dark energy on for-mation where dark energy exists in the background. For this purpose, we used both WMAP9 and Planck data to study how the radius changes with redshift in these mod-els. We used different data sets to fix the cosmological parameters to obtain a solution for a spherical region under collapse. The mechanism of structure formation f...

Singlet scalar dark matter in noncommutative space

In this paper, we examine the singlet scalar dark matter annihilation to becoming the Standard Model particles in the non-commutative space. In the recent decades, many candidates of dark matter have been offered,  but our information about  the nature of dark matter is still limited. There are such particle candidates as  scalar matetr, fermion, boson, gauge boson, etc.; however, they have nei...

Role of Modified Chaplygin Gas as a Dark Energy Model in Collapsing Spherically Symmetric Cloud

In this work gravitational collapse of a spherical cloud, consists of both dark matter and dark energy in the form of modified Chaplygin gas is studied. It is found that dark energy alone in the form of modified Chaplygin gas forms black hole. Also when both components of the fluid are present then the collapse favors the formation of black hole in cases the dark energy dominates over dark matt...

Density Evolution in the New Modified Chaplygin Gas Model

In this paper, we have considered new modified Chaplygin gas (NMCG) model which interpolates between radiation at early stage and ΛCDM at late stage. This model is regarded as a unification of dark energy and dark matter (with general form of matter). We have derived the density parameters from the equation of motion for the interaction between dark energy and dark matter. Also we have studied ...
